J. Michael Gearon, Jr.Strategy and ExecutionMr. Michael Gearon has been responsible for strategy and overall business execution since March 2007. Prior to joining Protelindo, he was Vice Chairman of American Tower Corporation from 2000 to 2006 and President of its international division. Mr. Gearon also served on the Board of Directors of American Tower Corporation from 1998 to 2004 and on the Board of Directors of TV Azteca from 2000 to 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Gearon was founder, CEO and principal shareholder of Gearon Communications and pioneered the tower business model since 1991. Mr. Gearon merged his company into American Tower Corporation (AMT-NYSE) in January 1998. Ernst & Young/USA Today named Mr. Gearon Entrepreneur of the Year in 1997 and Gearon Communications ranked No. 23 in INC. Magazine's fastest growing private companies in the US in 1997. Mr. Gearon is currently a co-owner of the National Basketball Association's Atlanta Hawks and the National Hockey League's Atlanta Thrashers. Mr. Gearon graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Inter-Disciplinary Studies from Georgia State University, United States.

Peter EgbertsenCorporate FinanceMr. Peter Egbertsen served as a Commissioner of Protelindo from March 2007 until August 2008. He currently focuses on international corporate finance transactions, including debt and equity financings, investor relations and business development. Mr. Egbertsen moved to Indonesia in 1992 where he worked as a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Corporate Finance and as a Director at AAA Securities heading the Corporate Finance advisory department. Some of the projects he was involved in were the merger between Indosat, IM3 and Satelindo (as lead advisor), the subsequent refinancing of Indosat's debt structure and as advisor to Farallon and the Djarum Group in their acquisition of PT Bank Central Asia. Mr. Egbertsen earned his Master's Degree in Business Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 1991.

Murillo PenchelFinancing & AccountingMr. Murillo Penchel joined Protelindo as Financial Advisor in July 2007. Prior to joining Protelindo, he was CFO of the international division of American Tower Corporation from 2001 to 2007 with responsibility for directing and monitoring the implementation and maintenance of the finance division of the American Tower Corporation's international operations and participating in viability analysis of new potential business in foreign countries. Prior to that, Mr. Penchel served in high level management positions with Crown Castle, a US-based tower company, Brightpoint, a service and accessories provider for the telecommunications industry, and Metrophone, a Comcast subsidiary cellular operator. Mr. Penchel also worked at Deloitte & Touche for 11 years in North and South America and in Europe. He is a registered US Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mr. Penchel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring with Major in Accounting from Faculdades Moraes Junior in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Steven MudderBoard of Directors and General CounselMr. Steven Mudder joined Protelindo in May 2007 and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and as Legal Director. Prior to joining Protelindo, he was Vice President, International-Legal for American Tower Corporation and responsible for overseeing and managing American Tower Corporation's legal affairs in Mexico, Brazil, India, and Mauritius. Prior to joining American Tower Corporation, Mr. Mudder was a partner in the Atlanta-based firm Cohen, Cooper, Estep & Mudder and prior to that he worked as a corporate associate in the internationally recognized law firms King & Spalding and Gunderson Dettmer based in Atlanta, Georgia and the Silicon Valley, respectively. Mr. Mudder earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Harvard Law School, United States, Cum Laude, in 1998 and received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Florida State University, United States, Summa Cum Laude, in 1995.

Michael BuceyDevelopment & OperationsMr. Michael Bucey joined Protelindo as Development & Operations Advisor in March 2007. Prior to joining Protelindo, he was Vice President Development in Brazil at American Tower Corporation with responsibility for the construction of all new towers and previously, Mr. Bucey was Director of Site Acquisition of Gearon Communications in 1997. From 1998 to 2000, he worked as a Site Acquisition Consultant on deployment projects in Switzerland, Slovakia, Taiwan, Italy, and the UK. Mr. Bucey graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Miami University of Ohio, United States.

Blake RosenSales & MarketingMr. Blake Rosen joined Protelindo as Sales & Marketing Advisor in March 2007. Prior to joining Protelindo, he was an Executive Consultant for American Tower International from 2002 to 2007 and a Director of Business Development and a Director of Sales and Marketing for American Tower Corporation from 1998 to 2002. Prior to American Tower Corporation, Mr. Rosen served as Vice President, Business Development with Gearon Communications starting from 1994 until its merger with American Tower Corporation in 1998. Mr. Rosen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from The State University of New York at Plattsburgh, United States.

Ricardo WilkeDevelopment and OperationsMr. Ricardo Wilke joined Protelindo as Colocations Advisor in March 2007. Prior to joining Protelindo, Mr. Wilke worked for the International division of American Tower, where since 2001 he acted as a Regional Manager for Operations and Development. While working for American Tower, Mr. Wilke also participated in several international projects. Before working for American Tower, Mr. Wilke worked as Infrastructure Manager for GVT, a Brazilian fixed wireless telecom operator. Prior to that, he also worked in various fields of the telecommunications industry. Mr. Wilke graduated as a Civil Engineer from Universidade Federal Tecnologica do Parana, Brazil in 2000. He also holds a degree as a Construction Technician.

Marcia CabralAdministrationMs. Marcia Cabral joined Protelindo as an Administration Advisor in July 2007. Prior to joining Protelindo, she was Human Capital Manager at Softtek Mexico (a global provider of IT and business process solutions with approximately 6,000 associates across 30 offices in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia) with responsibility for Internal Communication, Culture and Talent Development. Prior to that, Ms. Cabral was Human Resources Brazil Head at MercadoLivre (Ebay subsidiary in Brazil) and Human Resources Advisor at American Tower do Brasil with responsibility of implementing and integrating Human Capital values to the business environment. Prior to those assignments she rendered services to Crown Castle as a Human Resources Analyst. Ms. Cabral has a degree in Psychology from Universidade Estadual Paulista. She also holds postgraduate degrees in Mental Health from Sedes Sapientae Brazil Institute and in Marketing from Armando Alvares Penteado Institute, Brazil.

Ivan RamirezQuality ControlMr. Ivan Ramirez joined Protelindo as Quality Control Advisor in May 2008, specializing in internal controls, and external and internal audits, both financial as well as operational. Prior to joining Protelindo, he was with American Tower Internal Audit for two years overseeing Sarbenes-Oxley implementation & compliance, International Controller for two years, and finally Director of Finance and Administration for the Mexico division for two years. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brandeis University, United States with a concentration on international business and finance.

Arif PradanaCorporate SecretaryMr. Arif Pradana resumed his role as the Corporate Secretary of SMN in September 2011 after spending a year earning his Masters of Law degree at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. Prior to attending his Masters of Law program, Arif worked for 3 years as a legal officer of Protelindo, the operating subsidiary of SMN, and acted as the Corporate Secretary of SMN since it went public in March 2010. Prior to joining Protelindo, Arif practiced law for 4 years at an international prestigious law firm (Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners) and a prominent notary office, both in Jakarta, Indonesia. Arif is a member of PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association). Mr. Pradana has seven and half years experience in capital markets and corporate law. He graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Padjadjaran, Indonesia in 2005 and Masters of Law degree from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands in 2011, both with honors.
