Tonny Kusnadi

President Commissioner

Mr. Tonny Kusnadi, 64 years old, was appointed as a member of the Board of Commissioners in June 2011. He also serves as a Commissioner of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (since June 2003).

Previously, Mr. Kusnadi served as Director of PT Cipta Karya Bumi Indah from 2001 - 2002; as President Director of PT Sarana Kencana Mulya from 1999 - 2001; as Chief Manager Corporate Banking of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk from 1992 - 1998; as General Manager of PT Tamara Indah from 1988 - 1992, and as General Manager of PT Indo Mobil from 1987 - 1988.

Mr. Kusnadi graduated with a degree in Engineer, majoring in Mechanical Engineering from the Brawijaya University, in 1985.

John Aristianto Prasetio

Independent Commissioner

Mr. John Aristianto Prasetio was appointed as an Independent Commissioner of SMN on November 18, 2009. He also currently serves as a Commissioner of PT CBA Asia, Jakarta, as an Independent Commissioner of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk., Jakarta, and as an Independent Commissioner of PT Global Mediacom Tbk., Jakarta. He began his career as a faculty lecturer in economics at University of Indonesia, Jakarta from 1971 to 1986. Afterward, he joined Prasetio, Utomo & Co., Jakarta from 1988 to 1999 as Managing Partner and then he moved to Andersen Worldwide, Singapore as Asia Pacific CEO/Area Managing Partner. From 2003 to 2004 he served as the Commissioner of Ernst & Young Indonesia in Jakarta and Senior Advisory Partner from 2004 to 2005.

Mr. Prasetio graduated from the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School, Boston, United States in 1980, after graduating with a degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia in 1973.

Ario Wibisono

Commissioner

Mr. Ario Wibisono, 49 years old, was appointed as a member of the Board of Commissioner in June 2011. He also serves as a Commissioner of Protelindo (since April 2009). Previously, Mr. Wibisono served as Advisor of PT Geometrix Capital from 2007 - 2009; as President Director of PT Andalan Artha Advisindo Sekuritas from 2006 - 2007; as Director of PT Andalan Artha Advisindo Sekuritas from 1999 - 2006; as Director of Peregrine Sewu Securities and as Assistant Director of Peregrine Fixed Income Limited - Hongkong from 1996 - 1999; as Vice President of PT Sigma Batara from 1995 -1996; as Assistant Vice President of Sampoerna Bank/Delta Bank from 1992 - 1995; as Assistant Manager of Securities Custody Department of Citibank N.A from 1989 - 1992, and as Assistant Manager of Planning & Controlling of PT Bakrie & Brother from 1987 - 1988.

Mr. Wibisono graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 1985 and a postgraduate degree from Institute of Management Education and Development in 1986.
