Protelindo Berbagi Supports the Police by Donating Face Shield and Mask

Jakarta – PT. Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo), through its Protelindo Berbagi program, continues with its various CSR activities to help mitigate the COVID-19 outbreak. Protelindo has distributed over 4600 PPE / protective suits, 2600 face shields, 1600 masks, and 105 portable sinks to hospitasl and health centers throughout Indonesia. Protelindo Berbagi collaborates with the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) and Indonesian Lung Doctors Association (PDPI) to identify areas with a need for protective equipment. In addition, our "Spread Your Love" program has delivered more than 1000 daily need packages to the communities around Protelindo employees.         

To help authorities implement PSBB (Large Scale Social Restrictions) policies, Protelindo Berbagi, in collaboration with Indonesian Police in Jabodetabek, has distributed more than 25,000 face shields and 2,000 masksto police officers and to surrounding communities in Jabodetabek.

"Our company supports the government in implementing its health protocols in dealing with COVID-19 and maintaining the World Health Organization (WHO) standards. By wearing face shields and masks, police officers on duty and our communities will hopefully be more committed in implementing PSBB in their respective cities,” Indra Gunawan as Director of Protelindo added.

"We kindly welcome the face shields and masks donation program. We will distribute it as soon as possible to the community as an effort to help us in supporting the government to mitigate the COVID-19 outbreak by raising the awareness to wear masks.
