In accordance with the Resolution of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (the “Company”) dated May 20, 2026, it is hereby notified to all the Shareholders of the Company that the Company is going to pay out final dividends of Rp13.76 (thirteen point seven six) per share for the financial year 2025, provided that such final dividends shall be set off against the interim dividends for the financial year 2025 paid at Rp6,87- (six point eight seven Rupiah) per share by the Company to the Shareholders on December 23, 2025, accordingly the remaining final dividends for the financial year 2025 will be paid by the Company is Rp6.89- (six point eight nine Rupiah) per share.
