Interim Dividend Announcement for Financial Year of 2025

In accordance with the Resolutions in Lieu of Meeting of Board of Commissioners of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (the "Company") dated December 1, 2025, it is hereby notified to all the Shareholders of the Company that the Company is planning to distribute interim cash dividend of IDR 6.87- per share for the financial year 2025.
