On September 14, 2023, Protelindo, Iforte, SUPR, and BIT as borrowes with PT Bank HSBC Indonesia as the lender, executed a First Amendment to the Corporate Facility Agreement (“Transaction”).

Amendment Agreement related to addition of new facility in the form of Trade Working Capital – Buyer Loan under Corporate Facility Agreement with the following details: - Commitment: IDR850,000,000,000 with sub limits under the facility amounting USD55,000,000. - Purpose of loan: To finance procurement of capital goods related to the Borrowers’s core business operations under open account basis |

1. The execution of the Amendment Agreement is not a conflict-of-interest transaction of the Company as referred to OJK Regulation No. 42 of 2022 regarding the Affiliated Transaction and Conflict of Interest Transaction (OJK Rule 42). 2. The Amendment Agreement is not a material transaction as referred to the OJK Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 on Material Transactions and Change of Business Activities. |
