The Company refers to: (i) The Financial Service Authority (“OJK”) Regulation No 33/POJK.04/2014 regarding the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Company; (ii) OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure on the Material Fact by Issuers or Public Company; (iii) Regulation of I-E, Attachment of The Board of Director of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Decree No.: Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 dated 29 January 2021 regarding the Amendment of Regulation of I-E on the Obligation to Disclose; and (iv) Article of Association of the Company.

We hereby inform that on 10 April 2023, the Company has received a request of resignation from Mr. Eugene Keith Galbraith from his position as Director of the Company. The said resignation will be discussed and approved in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company which will be held on 5 May 2023.
