Jakarta, 18 March 2026

Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) today reported its audited operational and financial results for 2025 fiscal year.

Consolidated operating revenue reached IDR 13.33 trillion, representing a 4.6% year-on-year (yoy) increase for 2025. EBITDA reached IDR 10.97 trillion, growing by 2.5%, while net profit (after minority interests) stood at IDR 3.678 trillion, an increase of 10.3% yoy.

TOWR Chief of Staff and Group Investor Relations, Mr. Hartono Tanuwidjaja, stated, "Throughout 2025, management successfully achieved growth in revenue, EBITDA, and net profit despite challenging industry and macroeconomic conditions. Management has refocused on our core strengths while improving areas where we identified potential for optimization. We continue to leverage our operational scale, maintain strict cost management, and drive ongoing efficiencies."

One of TOWR's key advantages is its position as one of Indonesia's largest independent digital telecommunications infrastructure providers with the most comprehensive range of services. This allows us to provide solutions for our telecommunications operator clients to operate under various conditions, including industry consolidation or mergers. The most recent industry development is the merger between XL Axiata and Smartfren, which opens significant opportunities for growth through strategic 5G expansion and further service enhancements.

Following the latest consolidation in the telecommunications industry, we see several factors that could potentially improve the overall industry landscape and drive future growth expectations:

First, industry consolidation can strengthen pricing discipline. Despite significant investments by companies, data yields in Indonesia remain relatively low within Asia, providing room for growth as competition becomes healthier.

Second, the continued acceleration of economic digitalization. Data traffic has grown robustly over the years and is expected to maintain a positive growth trajectory. The potential rollout of 5G will further support this trend.

Third, Indonesia is still in the early stages of adopting Artificial Intelligence and cloud technology, which will increase data traffic and the demand for enhanced connectivity. This will support traffic growth and the need for infrastructure such as data centers, fiber optics, and power generation, including renewable green energy.

Fourth, operators are expected to continue adopting "asset-light" financial strategies for towers, fiber optic networks, and the provision of clean and renewable energy.

With the TOWR Group’s extensive and deep service offerings playing a vital role in infrastructure provision, Management remains optimistic about growing alongside an improving telecommunications industry, supported by efficient capital management.
